   How to order

As you browse the library and find images you wish to order you will need to place them into the basket. The icon under each thumbnail quickly places the asset into your basket.

Your ‘basket’ shows all images you have selected. Images at this point can easily be removed by clicking the rubbish bin. Please note, orders are limited to 20 items so you may have to submit multiple orders if you have too many images. Once you’re ready to finalise, click ‘proceed to order’ at the bottom on the page or in the basket section of the right menu bar.

To ensure a fast approval ensure you fill out all fields under ‘Project Details’. Check the box to acknowledge that you accept Tourism Victoria’s Terms and Conditions and click OK. If you have selected a restricted image that needs approval by the system’s administrator, the order will be sent off for approval. Once reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email. Tourism Victoria endeavors to process all requests within one business day however please allow up to three business days before contacting us.

Once you have received your notification email, click on the link or go to your ‘Orders’ page to download your selection. Where payment is required, you will need to pay for your order prior to download using the online credit card payment facility. If you require a Tax Invoice/Receipt, please print this page.

Click on the order number and follow the prompts to download your order. Items will be available for download for 14 days. The Orders page also records any orders that you have made but are yet to be approved or paid if applicable, as well as keeping a history of previous orders.
